For more than 50 years, thousands of 4-H’ers have participated in our high school program, Citizenship Washington Focus and now we are happy to introduce its precursor for middle school 4-H’ers, LWF.
For 2017 West Virginia can only accommodate 7 youth participants. Registration will be given to participants on a first come first served basis, due to limited space. First time participants will be given preference.
A van scheduled for pick-ups along the route to Washington, DC will be arranged after all youth participants are selected.
